webcommerce.agency is a marketplace and listing platform for online businesses. We introduce buyers and sellers. We are not authorised as a broker-dealer, we do not provide investment advice, and we do not hold client funds.

Always conduct your own diligence. Offers and letters of intent submitted through the platform are non-binding introductions unless the parties agree otherwise in writing.

Where escrow is used, it is provided by independent third-party providers (for example Escrow.com). Funds do not pass through webcommerce.agency.

There are no upfront fees, monthly fees, listing fees, subscriptions, featured-listing charges or paid upgrades. Buyers pay $0 to the platform. Seller success fees (USD, published on the Fees page) are due only on completed transactions as agreed at listing and may be updated.
